DPI Explained

DPI (dots per inch) determines print quality. 300 DPI is the professional standard for sharp prints. 150 DPI is acceptable for larger prints viewed from a distance. 72 DPI is screen resolution and will appear pixelated in print. Higher resolution images can be printed larger while maintaining quality.
