What is a Decision Matrix?
A decision matrix (also called a Pugh matrix or weighted scoring model) is a tool for evaluating and comparing options against a set of weighted criteria. Each option is scored per criterion, and scores are multiplied by weights to find the best overall choice.
How to Use
- Define your criteria and assign weights (1-10 importance)
- Add options to compare
- Score each option per criterion (0-10)
- Review weighted totals and percentages
- Export results as CSV
